Zhang Lijie, Technical Director, MSc in Computer Engineering
Zhang is in charge of RD centre at THSWARE. He has more than ten years experience in software research, development and management. He is responsible for most of THSWARE's products, and made great achievements.

Jiang Jinyu (Janny), Project Director, MSc in Engineering
Jiang is leading QA and overseas department. She has more than sixteen years experience in software industry. She is in charge of many large-scale systems and projects' development. Also, she helps to build up THSWARE's quality system, and go through CMMI3 appraisal.

Yan Ling (Lester Yim), Region Manager, MSc in Electronic Commerce
Yan have five years experience in software business. He is proficient in development, management and quality control. He helps to set up overseas department, and go through CMMI3 appraisal. Currently, he is responsible for promote THSWARE's product and service to overseas.

Bai Jun (John), Region Manager, MSc in Computer Science
Bai is an overseas Chinese back from New Zealand. He has considerable experience in technology-based research, design and implementation of e-commerce products, both in China and in New Zealand. He helps in the exploration of overseas market, and introducing advanced products into China.
