Tsinghua Sware Software Hi-Tech Co. Ltd (THSWARE) is a joint
venture between Research Institute of Tsinghua University
and Shenzhen Sware Computer Company. The company was
incorporated in 2000 with key businesses in customized
software development and related services in construction,
environmental protection and health care industries. In the
year 2005, we went through CMMI 3 appraisal to strengthen
our process and quality. With strong connection and
capabilities, we were elected as a 'Outstanding Industrial
Corporation of Software R/D' by China Ministry of
Construction, and were also certified as 'Hi-Tech Company',
'Key Software Company', and 'Certified Information System
Integration Company (1st Class)' by Shenzhen government.
We have over 250 employees, and managing a marketing and
service network covering China and the Pacific area. Our
software products cover the overall process of construction
industry, including quantity surveying, tendering, cost
management, project management, and real estate management,
as well as environmental protection and sanitation
